We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive with experience in Upwork and Sales Navigator to identify and qualify business opportunities in the IT web development sector and join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in generating high-quality leads. This role is essential for driving our sales pipeline and accelerating business growth.

Position: Business Development Executive (IT – Web Development Services)
Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

– Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.
– Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
– Lead generation through Linked-in Sales Navigator, Upwork or other relevant platforms.
– Conduct market research to identify industry trends, potential customers, and competitor activities.
– Present and promote company products or services to potential clients.
– Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
– Achieve and exceed sales targets and business development objectives.
– Maintain records of business development activities and client interactions using CRM software.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role within the IT industry.
– Strong Lead generation experience through Upwork and Sales Navigator.
– Strong skills in email communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
