Responsibilities:

– Lead the development and implementation of web applications using React.js
– Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
– Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and best practices
– Architect and design scalable and maintainable front-end solution
– Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry standards and best practice
– Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability
– Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development and provide recommendations for improvements

Skills & Experience:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience
– 4+ years of professional experience in front-end web development
– In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience working with React and React-based frameworks.
– Strong proficiency in React, with experience in React Hooks, Redux, and component-driven architecture.
– Technical Proficiency with Tailwind or any other CSS Framework.
– Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and ES6 Functions.
– Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support the user interface concepts.
– Good communication and teamwork skills
– Experience in NodeJs will be a huge plus.
– Proven leadership skills and client communication abilities.
– Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Work with the cross teams to define what & how parts Work with Project Manager/Scrum Master/Product Manager to define the sprint capacity based on technical acumen, project deadlines, and goal.
