Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced MERN stack developer with 4+ years of expertise in React.js, Node.js, Nest.js , Javascript, Typescript, MongoDB and AWS. The role involves building scalable web applications, leading a team, and managing client communication to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop front-end features using React.js and back-end logic with Nest.js and MongoDB.
– Integrate APIs and manage databases (SQL/NoSQL).
– Lead a development team, ensuring best practices and timely delivery.
– Communicate with clients for requirement gathering and updates.
– Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
Skills Required:
– Frontend: Strong proficiency in React, with experience in React Hooks, Redux, and component-driven architecture.
– Backend: Expertise in Node.js and Nest.js, including building RESTful APIs and using middleware for robust server-side logic.
– Database: In-depth knowledge of MongoDB & MySQL, including schema design, indexing, aggregation, and query optimization.
– Version Control: Proficiency in Git and collaborative workflows (e.g., Git).
– Deployment & DevOps: Experience with cloud services like AWS and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
– Other Tools/Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), JSON, WebSockets, and experience with testing frameworks such as Mocha, Chai, or Jest.
– 4+ years of commercial software development experience in ReactJs, NodeJS, JavaScript & TypeScript, and MongoDB.
– Proven leadership skills and client communication abilities.
– Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Work with the cross teams to define what & how parts Work with Project Manager/Scrum Master/Product Manager to define the sprint capacity based on technical acumen, project deadlines, and goal.
