Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Sr Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through meticulous testing. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify issues and improve the overall user experience. This role requires a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on software requirements and technical specifications.
– Perform manual and automated testing across different platforms (web, mobile, desktop) to ensure optimal functionality and usability.
– Identify, log, track, and report defects in a detailed and timely manner, working closely with developers to resolve issues.
– Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test strategy, test scripts, and test reports.
– Collaborate with the development team to ensure that defects are understood, prioritized, and fixed.
– Design, develop, and execute automated tests using tools such as Cypress, Selenium, JUnit, Jmeter, TestNG, NeoLoad or similar frameworks.
– Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system stability under varying conditions.
– Participate in sprint planning.
– Ensure adherence to software quality standards and processes.
– Engage in exploratory testing to uncover hidden issues and edge cases.
– Provide feedback and suggestions for product improvement based on testing results.
– Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, etc.
– Understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) concepts.

Skills Required:

– Experience in automation testing, including script writing.
– Experience in manual testing.
– Expertise in API testing and security testing.
– Experience in performance testing, load testing, stress testing, and database testing.
– Experience with AI-driven testing tools.
– Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
– Strong understanding of QA processes and related documentation.
– Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of business processes.
– Excellent communication skills (8+/10).
